About

Muhammad Adnan is a software engineer based in Karachi, Pakistan, and the founder of TrustTheCalcs. He holds a BE in Software Engineering and is a Registered Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the software engineering discipline. He builds the calculators and maintains the sourced-data modules behind them. Before a constant ships, it is traced to a named standard (such as CMHA TEK notes or ASTM C90) or to a manufacturer datasheet, and the citation is shown next to the result.

He started TrustTheCalcs after finding that published per-block grout figures online varied by more than ten times. His engineering registration is in software, not civil or structural engineering. His role is to make the published math traceable, tested and correct, and to fix figures quickly when readers send a primary source. For structural decisions, confirm the design with a qualified civil or structural engineer.

How he works on this site

The method is documented on the methodology page, every constant is listed on the sources page, and corrections are handled per the editorial policy. Found a figure that looks wrong? Email corrections@trustthecalcs.com with the page and a primary source.
